As a young and fast-rising investment firm, our client wanted their new office to enhance its image as a leading international capital management firm. Their space needed to convey that they were a strong, stable, forward-thinking investment institution.
Our client’s other priority was to communicate the value of their staff through both the layout and the materials. A hierarchy was developed that respected function and position. Enclosed offices were located at the north and south ends of the plan allowing natural light and views accessible to workstations and interior offices on the east and west.
Traditional materials were utilized but detailed with a clean, modern and minimal sensibility. We developed custom workstations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each type of analyst and research group to optimize workflow and functionality. The client’s curated collection of modern art and photography is integrated throughout and is an important layer in the aesthetic of the space.
