These residences were designed as weekend retreats for a suburban golf and tennis club. We worked with a local real estate firm to develop high-end spec residences to appeal to potential buyers seeking luxury living in a golf and tennis community. The casitas serve as a serene backdrop to the golf course landscape.
We developed a series of casitas with custom options to appeal to a variety of buyers and lifestyles. Each of the residences feature a unique floor plan, high-end finish palette options, luxury appointments and are focused on indoor-outdoor living spaces that highlight the panoramic views of the golf course.
