Our client found the perfect loft in Tribeca with views of the iconic New York skyline and the Hudson River. Inspired by the character of the loft’s industrial past, with its high ceilings and natural light, the design maximizes the sense of spaciousness and fluidity, while creating personal and intimate living areas within. A balance of modern sophistication, refined luxury and attention to detail, this loft is tailored to fit both our client’s design style and the way they live.

The client had a significant art collection that was very personal to them. Integrating their collection was an important part of the design. Their existing art was encased with beautiful ornate gold frames. The home’s finishes and materiality were established in connection with and in contrast to these gold frames. Custom built-ins and millwork were designed throughout help connect all of the spaces together. The clean lines and modern detailing give the home a more modern and luxurious feel, while providing necessary storage for living. We carefully selected a collection of custom and specialty furnishings in rich and bold finishes and materials to create a truly bespoke living environment that feels both luxurious and tailored to their lifestyle needs.
